Technical Clerk: Repairs & Projects Western Switzerland Region (80-100%)

Repair and Quotation Management

• You record and process repair orders
• You obtain supplier inquiries – including checking technical feasibility
• You prepare quotations and drawings
• You receive orders, prepare the documents, and hand them over to our dispatch

Project Support

• You plan, draw, and organize metal construction adjustments as well as custom-made products
• If necessary, you take external measurements and controls on site
• You accompany demanding projects until successful completion

Purchasing

• You procure spare parts and services according to corporate principles and ensure optimal solutions

Special Tasks

• You take on additional tasks assigned by your supervisor

• A technical basic education with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the metal industry (e.g., metal construction drafter, metalworker, locksmith, mechanic)
• Further training as a technical clerk, workshop manager, assembly manager, or comparable
• Experience in the field of automatic doors or gates is a plus
• German or French as a native language as well as very good knowledge of the other national language (at least B2)
• Strong organizational skills, independent working style, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Customer- and solution-oriented demeanor
