Your Tasks
You are committed to providing individual, holistic, and high-quality care and support to our residents. Therefore, you actively take co-responsibility for the design and implementation of the care process. As the person responsible for the day, you coordinate our nursing assistants and trainees and ensure a smooth daily routine. For the relatives, you are a professional contact person who responsibly takes care of concerns and questions.

Your Profile
- Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
