Specialist in Personnel Administration (80 - 100%)
- Responsible for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Advising employees and managers on administrative matters
- Responsible for controlling time tracking as well as processing accident and illness reports
- Trainer for apprentices in the personnel department
- Participation in personnel projects and in the optimization of personnel processes
- Support in organizing various events (e.g. information event for new employees, anniversary celebration, etc.)
- Support for HR consultants in recruiting as needed and possible
- A commercial basic education as well as a completed further education as a personnel assistant / personnel clerk is mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- A high level of service and customer orientation
- A dynamic and flexible working style as well as a high degree of independence
- Team player, thoughtful, solution-oriented personality who enjoys service activities
- Very good IT skills – experience with Abacus is an advantage
