Assistant to the Office Management

The Office for Economy and Tourism currently employs 20 staff members. In your role as Assistant to the Office Management, you support the office manager and the staff as a member of the secretariat team in a variety of administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks. With your commitment, you make an important contribution to an efficient and smooth operation within the office.

- Proactive support of the office manager in daily operations and projects
- Hub between internal departments and external partners
- Appointment coordination as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Writing and editing correspondence and minutes
- Responsibility for and participation in administrative tasks of the secretariat
- Deputy in creditor management
- Training and supervision of apprentices
- First point of contact for IT concerns within the office
- Commercial basic training as well as further qualification in a relevant field (e.g., HF/FH with a focus on executive assistance, public administration, or comparable)
- Initiative, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with experience in an assistant role in a demanding and versatile environment
- Very good written and spoken German skills and knowledge of another cantonal language as well as English
- Friendly and professional appearance
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Organizational talent and high service orientation
- Very good MS Office user skills and affinity for working with various tools and applications
