Job Description
As an Industrial Engineer (Work Planner) with a focus on time management and ergonomics (m/f/div.), you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing workflows in our plant. You take on the cross-site control function for the completeness and accuracy of working time specifications and operating models.
Your main tasks include:
- Conducting time studies using REFA and MTM
- Target/actual comparisons of work plans and development of recommendations for action
- Determining distribution times for manufacturing processes at the site
- Conducting workplace assessments
- Contributing know-how during the development phase of self-constructed new systems regarding time management and ergonomics
- Evaluating the ergonomics of workplaces using the Bosch "ErgoCheck" method.
- Initiating and implementing improvement measures in the area of ergonomics
Qualifications
- Education: Basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic / automatic technician (m/f/div.))
- Personality and working style: Independent, communicative, and convincing personality with healthy assertiveness and analytical thinking
- Experience and know-how: Relevant know-how in time management (REFA, UAS, MTM), SAP and CAPP knowledge are advantageous
- Languages: Good command of German, English is a plus
