Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer (Work Planner) with a focus on time management and ergonomics (m/f/div.), you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing workflows in our plant. You take on the cross-site control function for the completeness and accuracy of working time specifications and operating models.

Your main tasks include:

• Conducting time studies using REFA and MTM
• Target/actual comparisons of work plans and development of recommendations for action
• Determining distribution times for manufacturing processes at the site
• Conducting workplace assessments
• Contributing know-how during the development phase of self-constructed new systems regarding time management and ergonomics
• Evaluating the ergonomics of workplaces using the Bosch "ErgoCheck" method.
• Initiating and implementing improvement measures in the area of ergonomics

Qualifications

• Education: Basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic / automatic technician (m/f/div.))
• Personality and working style: Independent, communicative, and convincing personality with healthy assertiveness and analytical thinking
• Experience and know-how: Relevant know-how in time management (REFA, UAS, MTM), SAP and CAPP knowledge are advantageous
• Languages: Good command of German, English is a plus
