Your tasks

By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:

• Managing the hotline and customer support by phone, email, and remote support tools.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems remotely.
• Technical assistance and support for customers in the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Planning and coordinating interventions at customer sites (on-site interventions possible occasionally).
• Performing repairs, adjustments, and mechanical preparations in the workshop.
• Managing spare parts necessary for repairs.
• Training customers in the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Close collaboration with internal teams (R&D, engineering, logistics, purchasing) for continuous product improvement.
• Documenting interventions and writing technical reports for the after-sales department and customers.

Your expertise

• Polymechanic, automation technician, maintenance technician, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of technical equipment, preferably in the machine tool industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems of machine tools.
• Ability to work independently. Stress resistance. Flexibility.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers.
• Service-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in an organized manner and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
