Your tasks
By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:
- Managing the hotline and customer support by phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems remotely.
- Technical assistance and support for customers in the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Planning and coordinating interventions at customer sites (on-site interventions possible occasionally).
- Performing repairs, adjustments, and mechanical preparations in the workshop.
- Managing spare parts necessary for repairs.
- Training customers in the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Close collaboration with internal teams (R&D, engineering, logistics, purchasing) for continuous product improvement.
- Documenting interventions and writing technical reports for the after-sales department and customers.
Your expertise
- Polymechanic, automation technician, maintenance technician, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of technical equipment, preferably in the machine tool industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems of machine tools.
- Ability to work independently. Stress resistance. Flexibility.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in an organized manner and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
