Presentation
UNIL's School of Medicine trains about 245 future doctors each year in Lausanne and relies on more than 1,000 teachers as well as a large network of institutional partners including CHUV, Unisanté, private practices, and several hospitals in the French-speaking region. The School comprises about forty staff members distributed across four units: the Teaching Office, the Clinical Skills Unit, the Learning Assessment Unit, and the Medical Pedagogy Unit. Its mission is to ensure the quality, continuity, and innovation of the undergraduate medical curriculum while supporting students and teachers in their daily work.
To complete its team, the School of Medicine of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine is looking for a:
Administrative and Logistics Coordinator of the Reform Program
of the Master in Medicine
50% rate – 12-month fixed-term contract renewable
This position is aimed at a person who enjoys teamwork and the academic environment, wishing to contribute to the implementation of a major curricular reform and its daily coordination.

Your activities
This position is at the heart of a reform program of part of the medical training (Master) comprising 14 projects divided into five strategic axes. The new curriculum is planned to come into effect as early as the 2028 academic year. The hired person will play a key role in supporting the operational implementation of the program: administrative and logistical organization, rigorous management of information and documents, support for internal communication, and support for the continuous evaluation of the program. They will play a pivotal role in facilitating coordination between project leaders, program managers, and the many internal and external stakeholders.
Your activities:
- Ensure the administrative and logistical organization of activities related to the reform of the Master in Medicine (organizing sessions, drafting minutes, etc.),
- Structure and maintain document management related to the reform,
- Ensure internal communication and structured circulation of information among stakeholders,
- Contribute to the collection, structuring, and formatting of data necessary for the evaluation of the reform,
- Autonomously handle transversal administrative tasks, relieving School staff involved in the projects.
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial work, administration, or file management,
- Excellent organizational skills, strong sense of planning, precision, rigor, and strict respect of deadlines,
- Perfect mastery of French (oral and written), very good writing skills and impeccable spelling,
- Service-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, diplomacy, and discretion,
- Very good mastery of common office tools (Microsoft 365, document management),
- Knowledge of academic functioning: an asset.
