Employee Internal Sales – Sales Services (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
- Telephone and written advice as well as support of existing customers throughout Switzerland (German and French-speaking regions)
- Coordination and processing of customer inquiries regarding assortment, prices, contractual issues, and technical questions related to the services
- Offer management for customer inquiries and assistance with projects, independent calculation and preparation of quotations
- Active use and maintenance of the CRM and ERP systems
- Support of the Key Account Managers
- Close cooperation with field sales, administration, and technical departments
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in internal sales or back office
- Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Affinity and interest in service sales and medical technology
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good knowledge and confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Word, and CRM and ERP systems
- Organizational talent, team spirit, logical thinking, and assertiveness
- Winning personality
- German as mother tongue and good knowledge of French
