Your area of responsibility

As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will support the decentralized Griesser centers in Western Switzerland. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Competent advice on customer complaints as well as feedback on our services and invoices
• Empathetic negotiation of solution- and result-oriented settlements with customers in case of differing interpretations of contract and service fulfillment (instead of collection measures)
• Assessment of accounts receivable risks
• Handling accounts receivable accounting tasks
• Monitoring the automatic invoicing process including the creation of individual manual invoices
• Legal collection including debt enforcement, preparation of claims processes and construction lien rights

What you bring

• Completed commercial basic training
• French language skills in spoken and written at native or business fluent level
• Confident oral and written German skills
• Strong communication skills and a committed, persistent negotiation ability
• Experience in debt collection desirable
• Very good MS Office skills, IT affinity
