The Office for Industry, Crafts and Labor (UCIAML) currently employs about 135 collaborators in six regions of the Canton of Graubünden. In addition to managing the Regional Employment Office (URC), we organize active labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. We also carry out various tasks in the labor market and occupational safety sectors.
For the Regional Employment Office (URC) section, we are looking for an administrative assistant (80-100%) starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- General administrative tasks
- Independent management of correspondence in German and Italian
- Data maintenance and document management in specific systems
- Organization of appointments, interviews, and meetings
- Registration of job seekers
- Management of employment
- Management of the telephone switchboard and incoming and outgoing mail
- Assistance at the counter
- Support in administrative procedures
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Excellent knowledge of common Office programs as well as good IT skills
- Friendliness and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills with different target groups
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team, and discretion
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of German, good knowledge of Italian
