- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, experience as CEO assistant is an advantage
- Willingness to work 100% and primarily on-site at the campus
- Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Outlook (priority 1, e.g. handling calendar properties and rules) as well as Word/Excel/PowerPoint (priority 2) and knowledge of data protection
- Good time management combined with a strong quality standard
- Targeted communication and a well-groomed appearance
- Reliable, proactive service-oriented personality with quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Persistent prioritization, coordination, and organizational talent
- German is your native language and very good English skills in spoken and written form (C1), other national languages are an advantage
