In this role, you will join the Software Integration Chapter within our Technology & Operations department, focusing on Investment Dealing products. This chapter operates at the intersection of technology and investment management, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions to enhance our investment platform.

Your role
- Integrating and upgrading trading and post-trade systems within an Agile environment.
- Supporting strategic developments to ensure successful delivery for our Investment Dealing community.
- Conducting technical and functional analysis for new initiatives, configuring software packages, and designing interfaces with other core systems.
- Building relationships with internal users and external vendors, and managing change requests.
- Providing technical and functional support.
Your profile
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in technology within Financial Services, ideally with a focus on trading systems, EMS, and FIX.
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension or similar order management systems.
- Experience with FIX protocol and electronic trading workflows.
- Good knowledge of the Trade lifecycle (trade execution, confirmation, settlement, exception management).
- Proficiency with SQL, XML/XSLT, scripting, Python, Powershell, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Pragmatic, independent, and adept at managing stakeholders and delivering results.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
