For our Bern location, we are looking for a

Logistics Specialist EFZ (100%)

To strengthen our team in the pharmaceutical environment, we are looking for a reliable and structured personality for our warehouse. You can expect a modern workplace, clear processes, and a well-coordinated team of four specialists in paste picking.

In this role, you will work closely with production and internal customers in daily business and ensure timely material supply.

Your tasks:

Perform demanding logistical activities in the pharmaceutical environment in compliance with GMP requirements
Receipt, inspection, and storage of deliveries in the high-bay warehouse
System-supported goods storage in SAP S/4HANA EWM using handheld devices
Picking of production orders and provision for internal production areas
Internal material transports to the individual production areas
Preparation and handling of export shipments and pickups
Participation in the optimization of warehouse and process workflows

Conditions:

Approximately 1–2 weekend day shifts (à approx. 5h) per month including on-call duty
Some activities in the deep-freeze area (<20% of working time)

Your profile:

Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
Experience with SAP (ideally S/4HANA EWM) or a warehouse management system
Initial experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, food, medtech) is an advantage
SUVA-recognized forklift license and experience with reach trucks
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Careful and reliable working style
