For the 2026 intake, the care teams are looking for their future apprentices as nursing and care assistants AFP.
Job Description
You will join one of the two HUG daycares where your apprenticeship supervisor ensures your integration and training throughout your journey.
During your apprenticeship, you assist and support the childhood educators. As such, you participate in meetings, support them in daily life activities, organize creative, educational, and housekeeping activities for the children of HUG employees.
Qualifications
You will be 18 years old at the start and have successfully completed your compulsory schooling and secondary II (e.g., ECG).
You show interest in the field of child care.
You are attentive and willing to help. You are a tolerant, respectful person and know how to build trust with your interlocutors.
Friendly, you enjoy teamwork and communicate easily.
You know how to keep calm and composure in all situations and show interest in pedagogy.
You have an interest in the hospital environment and are ready to commit to a professional training alternating work in a company, practical courses, and theoretical lessons at school.
