At the Zuchwil location, we are looking for a
Tasks
First point of contact for security alarms (burglary, fire, climate) on the Zuchwil site
Assistance in the area of operational and occupational safety
Responsible for storage and procurement of various operating materials for the entire company
Technical and personnel management of the subordinate employees
Various small repair and maintenance work
Responsible for the heating center Zuchwil
Responsible for winter services on the Zuchwil site
Coordination of various cleaning tasks
Responsible for locking technology / key management on the Zuchwil site
Assistance with events and exhibitions
Requirements
Completed basic vocational training (electrician, metalworker, carpenter,
mechanic, plumber)
Microsoft Office skills
Further training in facility management or experience in this area is an advantage
Manual dexterity and technical understanding
Forklift license, aerial work platform, and personal protective equipment course are an advantage
Driver's license category B
Residence on the Zuchwil site or in the immediate vicinity
Service-oriented thinking and acting
Independent, reliable, and efficient working style
Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
