What tasks will you take on?
- You advise and support executives in all personnel policy matters and accompany change processes as well as organizational and personnel development topics in the customer areas of Operations and Supply Chain.
- In cooperation with the internal HR Shared Service Center, you advise and support our employees.
- You are responsible for the operational management of annually recurring HR processes such as salary rounds, personnel planning, talent management, etc.
- You implement the HR strategy both in day-to-day business and within the framework of HR projects and the development and implementation of process optimizations.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a university degree in business, law, social sciences, or psychology, complemented by a specialization or further training in human resources.
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in a comparable position and convince with solid know-how in change management and organizational development.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the production and supply chain environment.
- You act as a proactive sparring partner for executives and employees, solve HR issues pragmatically, and use your implementation strength purposefully.
- You impress with communication skills, fluent language skills in German (C1) and English (B2), as well as the ability to inspire enthusiasm for new topics and ideas.
- Ideally, you are familiar with SAP and the corresponding SuccessFactors modules.
