Your main missions will be as follows:
- Ensure an autonomous nursing consultation, within the framework of the current medical delegation of competencies at the beneficiaries' place of residence (EVAM homes, apartments, etc.);
- Manage care situations based on evidence from clinical evaluation in somatic and mental health, integrating notions of transculturality and health determinants;
- Apply the Swiss vaccination program according to the FOPH;
- Conduct consultations by adapting interview and communication techniques taking into account the level of health literacy according to the context;
- Know and use tools related to interpreting.
- Practice reflective nursing to determine appropriate intervention strategies aimed at ensuring good clinical practices;
- Support peers in complex care situations, notably through intervision;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of care by being proactive in meetings and working groups.
- Facilitate integration within the team by referring to best practices, the andragogy concept, and the competency framework;
- Identify needs for deepening and development;
- Promote the acquisition of clinical skills.
- Participate interprofessionally in the implementation of crisis measures involving possible reorganization of sector activity, the nature of tasks, workplaces, and schedules;
- Promote and enhance the field of expertise;
- Transmit expertise in the field of asylum, crisis management, and frontline nursing within the internal and external network.
Your assets:
- Holder of a Bachelor in Nursing or equivalent degree required, CAS in clinical evaluation is an asset;
- Minimum 5 years of professional practice, experience in psychiatry and extrahospital care is an asset;
- Usual knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools;
- Good command of French and English, both written and spoken, is required; any other foreign language is an asset;
- Ability to work autonomously and interprofessionally, aptitude to manage complex, conflictual, and emergency situations;
- Aptitude to relate to others and create a climate of trust, good stress management;
- Geographical mobility required as well as a driving license.
