The IV office is undergoing change and relies on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our customers and advance digitalization. For this, we are reorganizing, need reinforcement, and look forward to you!

What you can achieve with us

• You work in a motivated team of 12 people.
• Together with the team, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of our ICT systems.
• You implement projects independently or in a team and bridge the gap between the specialist department and ICT.
• You bring in innovative ideas, take responsibility, and thus ensure successful, cross-departmental solutions.
• With your commitment, you drive the digitalization of IV processes forward and make our working world even better.

Which skills are important to us

• With a completed training as a computer scientist (EFZ) as well as further training or certifications in the ICT field, you are well equipped.
• You are very familiar with Active Directory (AD), Exchange SE on Prem, VMware, and Microsoft products, especially M365.
• Your know-how on topics such as Windows Server (2022) and in the areas of network, firewall, and certificate management helps us a lot.
• Your experience with databases (such as Microsoft SQL) and web applications helps you master technical challenges.
• You enjoy working in a team but also take on tasks independently.
• Thanks to your quick comprehension, you immediately recognize what matters and implement effective solutions.
• Your empathetic and appreciative manner makes you an important support in the team.
• We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the respective other language is a plus.

• Working hours

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks

• Vacation

At least 25 days of vacation annually, 28 days from the age of 45, and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
