As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our national and international clients. You significantly contribute to a positive first impression and represent the bank through your professional appearance and friendly manner.YOUR TASKS
Attentive, friendly, and sympathetic greeting and care of national and international clients
Professional and discreet accompaniment and service of clients and guests in the customer area
Providing information about hotels, restaurants, and sights
Impeccable presentation of the reception area and customer zone
Reservation and monitoring of customer rooms
Support in organizing and conducting events and functions in the customer zone
Processing telephone and written reservations
Management and organization of parking spaces for customers
Various administrative tasks and support of the reception team
YOUR PROFILE
Completed training in the commercial field or in the tourism or hotel industry
Several years of professional experience in the reception area with solid knowledge
Confident communication in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
Good general education and knowledge about Switzerland and the local area (shops, restaurants, sights)
Proficient handling of MS Office applications
High service, customer, and service orientation as well as
flexible willingness to work at both locations in ZurichQuick comprehension and efficient, reliable working style
Neat appearance, excellent manners, and a winning personality
Ability to stay organized and calm even in hectic situations
