These tasks await you
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene as well as organizing maintenance and basic cleaning
- Responsibility for the proper use of materials, machines, and equipment
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities, winter service, and care of the military accommodation
- Building maintenance including minor repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of the TGM software
- Contact person for user concerns and coordination of services
What you ideally bring with you
- Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist
- Other technical training with experience in caretaking
- Professional experience is an advantage
- Driver's license category B
- Technical know-how and manual skills
