From now until August 2026, there is the opportunity to complete a pre-internship (50%). From August 2026, the position will be converted into a training place.
Youth Worker in Training (50%)
This is your job:
- Co-shaping the children and youth work in the municipality of Rüti
- Developing and implementing projects and activities together with the youth
- Supervising young people in the youth center GZ31 and in outdoor areas (such as pump track, schoolyard, swimming pool, etc.)
- Participating in network meetings in the municipality and the region
- Administrative tasks
This is what you bring:
- The intention to start the Higher Technical School/University of Applied Sciences in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Sociocultural Animation from August 2026
- Enjoyment in working with children and young people
- Independent working and team-oriented behavior
- Skills in handling social media and user knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
