Service and Customer Service Technician Wood Fireplaces 80% – 100% (m/f/d)

• Versatile tasks in customer service on our heating systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting of fault reports
• Maintenance and repairs as well as reporting
• Partial implementation of control system modifications
• Recommissioning of systems including functional checks
• Testing operational behavior on-site and via remote maintenance
• Customer consultation
• Communication and coordination with internal specialist departments

• Technical basic training as mechatronics technician, construction and agricultural machinery mechanic, chimney sweep, electronics technician, plant electrician, refrigeration technician, gas and water installer, or similar
• Expertise in electrical engineering and/or mechanics
• Experience in the field of water hydraulics (heating) and control technology is an advantage
• Solid PC user skills (reporting)
• Reliable, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Good manners, customer orientation, and a strong team spirit
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 60% as needed throughout Europe)
