Your game
- In your role as Guest Experience Manager, you are jointly responsible with your team for leading the Guest Experience staff team (a total of about 15).
- You are responsible for an excellent guest experience as well as outstanding service quality at all casino touchpoints and are the top host during your shift.
- You represent management during the shift and are always informed and approachable as a decision-maker.
- You ensure smooth and safe gaming operations and lead your team competently, with appreciation and respect.
- Together with other team leaders, you are responsible for compliance with processes in daily business and continuously support improvements.
- You optimally plan your team’s deployments, take responsibility, and support wherever necessary.
- As a supervisor, you conduct employee discussions and support recruitment.
Our rules of the game
- You are a flexible and organizationally strong leader with several years of experience as a Duty Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Floor Manager, or in a comparable position.
- As a leader, you act with appreciation and respect and are familiar with employee discussions.
- In dealing with guests, you radiate hospitality and enthusiasm for the casino business and are able to assert yourself professionally and friendly even in demanding situations and find solutions.
- Shift work (with attractive bonuses) fits well with your social life and hobbies.
- German is your native language or you speak it fluently; English and other languages are an advantage.
- Due to legal requirements, you have a clean record (criminal and debt register extracts).
