About the job
Casa Depuoz is a social institution for children, adolescents, and young adults with special learning and care needs. In the area of integrative and separate special education, we are committed to our approximately 35 students aged 6 to 18 years. We accompany, support, and care for them during this important phase of life.At the beginning of the upcoming school year, we are opening two new special school departments with about 6 students each on the premises of the regular school in Tamins. A visionary project in the educational landscape.
For the 2026/2027 school year, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a school leader for our kindergarten and primary school at the regular school location Tamins (40% workload).
For this position, we are seeking an active, innovative, and committed school leader with foresight.
Your tasks:
Educational and personnel management of the school
Implementation of the new departments on site and within Casa Depuoz
Proactive support and advice for teachers, school assistants, care staff, and therapy personnel
Regular exchange and collaboration with the on-site team and Casa Depuoz
Organizational and administrative leadership of the entire team (approx. 6 – 8 professionals)
Further development of the school
Cooperation with guardians, municipal and cantonal specialist offices
