In your specialist role, you will take over responsibility for the customers assigned to you as of January 1, 2026, thereby making their work easier. Your approaches promote collaboration and enable us to implement the best possible solution.
Account Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You actively maintain and deepen relationships with our existing customers and build relationships with new customers – especially through regular telephone contact
- You recognize the needs of our customers and advise them expertly on our products and services within the framework of our product range strategy
- Your proactive support contributes decisively to high customer satisfaction
- You specifically identify potential new customers and approach them convincingly
- You conduct market and customer analyses and derive effective measures for customer retention
- You qualify new business opportunities and successfully develop them further
- You create and track offers until successful contract conclusion
- You document all customer contacts diligently in our CRM system
- You work closely with the field service to optimally coordinate joint sales activities
Your talents and experience
- Completed commercial or technical training, supplemented by experience in sales in an industrial environment
- Advanced technical college (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH) in business administration, marketing or sales
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness with which you sustainably inspire customers
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and motivation to actively acquire new customers
- Structured, goal-oriented working style combined with high self-motivation
- Confident handling of CRM Dynamics 365, as well as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good technical understanding or willingness to quickly and actively familiarize yourself with technical products
