Your activities
In your activities, you will be responsible for:
- monitoring the files of bachelor students in psychology and external students (incoming mobility, external and auditors, BIPs CIVIS);
- managing the secretariat of the teaching commission of the psychology program and updating the study plans of the bachelor in psychology;
- participating in work related to the three exam sessions and welcoming students and the public.
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- holding a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification;
- 6 years of professional experience, preferably in the academic field;
- excellent organization and systematic approach;
- ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team;
- great ease with computer tools.
