About the job
What you can achieve
- Personnel management of the department currently with five employees in the teams International Service, Additional Services Management and Referrer Services
- Strategic and operational further development of the department with the aim of contributing to the sustainable development and positioning of USB in the competition
- Responsibility for increasing service quality as well as revenue optimization
- Conducting demanding negotiations and/or representation of interests towards third parties
- Management of larger, complex projects or topic-specific projects in consultation with the executive management
What you bring with you
- Completed studies (Master FH or University) in the field of health management/health economics or comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, including several years of leadership experience
- Experience in referrer or customer management as well as in project management desired
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with communication and negotiation skills, conceptual abilities and assertiveness
