- You scan and validate accounts payable documents
- 🖥️ You record change requests for business partner master data in SAP
- You create manual invoices
- You create weekly payment runs, manual payments, and cash payments
- You continuously document and optimize our workflows
What you bring with you
- You have completed commercial training
- 📚 You have professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable and ideally have further training as an accounting clerk or the willingness to further educate yourself in this area
- You have initial experience in using SAP
- 🧠 You think process-oriented and work systematically, independently, and solution-oriented
- You are responsible, resilient, and eager to learn
