For Technical Orthopedics, we are looking for a committed and resilient medical secretary who convinces with organizational talent, empathy, and joy in patient contact. The position includes a 60 percent workload in Technical Orthopedics and 40 percent at Spiess & Kühne and offers a versatile, responsible range of tasks in a very lively environment.
In this hub function, you coordinate a busy consultation operation, keep an overview even during high workloads, and ensure smooth administrative processes. You work in a structured manner, prioritize confidently, and appreciate when a lot is going on. At the same time, you meet our patients with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
You can expect a varied activity in a dynamic environment where teamwork, reliability, and a high service orientation are central.
- in organizational and administrative handling of the busy consultation operation (TO, wound consultation & Spiess & Kühne): planning, calling up, preparing, scheduling appointments
- in writing consultation, operation, and insurance reports as well as other correspondence via WinScribe
- in contact on site and by phone with patients as well as internal and external offices (TO, wound consultation & Spiess & Kühne)
- in processing emails and all KISIM mailboxes including triage (TO, wound consultation & Spiess & Kühne)
- in processing referrals, creating summons (TO, wound consultation & Spiess & Kühne)
- in general secretarial work and administrative tasks (TO, wound consultation & Spiess & Kühne)
- in ensuring administrative processes (TO, wound consultation & Spiess & Kühne)
- have completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary, or completed training as an MPA
- are an organizational talent with solid terminology skills and excellent German language skills
