Lucerne Festival is a leading international music organizer and annually offers a festival in summer as well as short festivals in spring and autumn. Lucerne Festival is characterized by innovative programming, the presentation of world-famous orchestras, conductors and soloists, the integration of contemporary music, and the promotion of young artists.
As of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we would like to fill the following position with a flexible and resilient personality:
YOUR TASKS:
- Layout of print and online products; collaboration on redesigns
- Cooperation with the editorial team, the in-house graphic designer, and marketing
- Design, further development, and implementation of digital presences, especially online ads, visuals, DOOH, social media templates, and video content
- Support in the design of print products
- Interface to printing companies
- Coordination of proofreading processes and implementation of corrections
- Taking on cross-departmental tasks (archive maintenance, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE:
- You enjoy working in a dynamic festival environment. Commitment and flexibility (seasonal fluctuations) are a matter of course for you
- You have completed a specialized education and have at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the cultural sector
- High language competence: confident German (native language) is mandatory
- Creative design skills
- You are used to working independently and carefully
- Very good knowledge in the use of Adobe programs InDesign/Creative Suite including After Effects and Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, as well as Microsoft applications (Mac operating system)
- Affinity for classical music is desired
