In this central and important service function, you check and coordinate incoming work orders and assign them to the responsible employees. In your role, you always keep an overview and thus contribute significantly to delighting our customers.
Your main tasks:
- Receiving and checking work orders (tickets) in the internal IT system and forwarding them to the responsible employees
- Monitoring the timely processing of work orders and proactively supporting priority tickets
- Providing administrative assistance in ticket processing and handling the IT system
- Final checking and billing of work orders as well as creating reports
- Ensuring smooth internal & external information flow and actively contributing improvement suggestions within the department
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training and professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of dispatching / work order management
- Strong technical understanding in dealing with IT systems and proficient MS Office skills
- Structured and precise way of working with a high sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent with planning skills
- Team player with strong customer orientation
- Fluent German skills, good English skills are an advantage
