Social Worker 40-60% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Recording the social support needs within the framework of day-clinic treatment
- Advising and supporting patients in social, legal, financial, and administrative matters in individual consultations and also group offerings
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with involved specialist offices and institutions
- Co-designing and organizing discharge planning
- Coordination and accompaniment to external appointments
- Active participation in reports and case discussions
Your Profile
- Tertiary degree in social work
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
- Team-oriented personality with a pragmatic approach
- Interest in integrative treatment concepts
- Enjoyment in developing group offerings
- Independent, resilient, and flexible working style
