To support the Data Center Team in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as our Change Order Manager (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon. In this role, you will actively manage our various Data Center projects on site.
Implenia has extensive experience in building data centers. These projects are characterized by high demands on quality, safety, and costs, which Implenia meets thanks to its specialized teams and innovative construction processes. Through the continuous realization of similar projects, Implenia deepens its expertise and offers its customers excellence in planning and execution.

What you will do
- Project changes: Recording and documenting all project changes, prioritizing and closing them. Detailed documentation of cost and schedule impacts for the client.
- Change order management: Creation and management of additional cost notifications, order changes, and change orders. Evaluation of incoming client requests and preparation of cost estimates.
- Calculation and negotiations: Support in cost determination, obtaining and evaluating subcontractor offers. Participation in contract and change order negotiations.
- Quality control: Review of specifications in comparison with contractual requirements. Target-actual comparison between tender and execution planning.
- Schedule management: Evaluation of schedule sequences in coordination with project management and scheduling.
Why you will succeed
- Education: Industrial engineer, civil engineer, architect, or formal training in construction cost planning.
- Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in executing complex projects, ideally in the data center sector.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, assertiveness in negotiations, technical knowledge, and affinity for cost calculation.
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
