You work as a single judge in all areas of civil and criminal law and participate as the presiding judge in division decisions from all areas of civil and criminal law. You also serve in the role of a coercive measures judge. You take on the leadership of one of the four divisions of the Cantonal Court.
Competent personality with a completed legal education at a Swiss university (licentiate, master), preferably with a lawyer's license successful, several years of experience in civil and criminal law at a court or in legal practice leadership qualities, high resilience, and negotiation skills organizational talent and independence professional appearance as well as good verbal expression good IT user skills
