• SBAT130
• The SBAT is responsible for managing the real estate assets of the State; it ensures their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment work. As the representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the planning and execution of new constructions or major transformations.
• As a draftsperson integrated into the maintenance domain of the service, you guarantee the quality and reliability of the graphic information related to the Canton’s real estate assets. Additionally, you ensure the updating of plans and provide technical drawing support to all service collaborators. Attached to the transmission of know-how, you are responsible for the training and support of our apprentice architectural draftspersons, whom you guide throughout their apprenticeship.
• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an architectural draftsperson, you have several years of experience in the field. Comfortable with digital tools, you master AutoCAD and apply the BIM working method. Endowed with an excellent sense of organization, you know how to work both independently and as part of a team. Your pedagogical spirit and sense of sharing allow you to effectively supervise apprentices and promote their progress. Ideally, you already hold the company trainer certificate or are willing to obtain it.
