Responsibilities
- Accompanying, caring for, and nursing people with disabilities
- Taking on leadership tasks in agreement with the team leader
- Supporting the team leader in managing the residential group team and co-responsibility for the eight clients of the residential group
- Ensuring the theory-practice transfer as a practical instructor
- Participation in projects and internal working groups
- Participation in holiday and leisure activities of the residential group
- Taking on the role of key contact person
- Handling administrative tasks
Requirements Profile
- Completed studies as a social pedagogue HF or FH
- Further training as a practical instructor or willingness to complete it
- Responsible, independent, and team-capable personality with high social competence
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
- Driver's license category B
