Your tasks with us are
- ensuring holistic support, care, and nursing of our clients at home
- documentation of care-relevant information and forwarding to the case-responsible specialist
- collaboration with internal contact persons
- accompanying apprentices in training
- exchange of information with external bodies such as hospitals, general practitioners, pharmacies, etc.

- completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
