Overall Project Manager / Client Representation
Do you have experience in managing complex, large construction projects? In the construction sector B, we offer you an exciting and responsible position in the client representation of the Canton of Zurich. With us, you build the future – together with 160 committed colleagues.
With us, you are responsible for,
- challenging, larger projects of the canton in the portfolio of justice buildings, such as the conversion and renovation of the center for foreign law administrative detention.
- leading large project teams with representatives of users, ownership, and external contractors.
- controlling the planning and construction processes, conducting tenders, managing contracts, and keeping costs, deadlines, as well as risk and project-related quality management (PQM) under control.
- regular reporting to the project committee, the government council, and the cantonal council.

- that you are enthusiastic about realizing meaningful projects for the people in the Canton of Zurich.
- that you have training as an architect or engineer (ETH or FH) and are innovative and always looking for the best solution.
