Your Tasks

• At the counter, you are the first point of contact: You assist customers in a friendly, competent, and service-oriented manner, process their ID applications, and record biometric data for Swiss passports and foreigner permits.
• You accompany the entire registration and deregistration process within the inner part of the country and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• With your keen eye, you review applications for foreign law permits.
• You independently handle correspondence and maintain close communication with customers as well as internal and external offices.
• In addition, you actively support the office management with general administrative tasks.

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and bring at least two years of experience in clerical work – your foundation to get started with us.
• Experience in population control is a plus but not a must.
• Your German skills are flawless in spoken and written form – this is essential for us.
• You work independently, precisely, and reliably – even when things get hectic.
• Resilience, discretion, and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you.
• With your clear and friendly communication, you always find the right tone – whether in personal conversation or in writing.
• Team spirit and flexibility characterize you and make you a valuable addition.
• You bring a growth mindset: You see challenges as opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
• You have very good spoken English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
