Department:DDTEEntity:General Secretariat of the Department of Territorial Development and Environment (SDTE)Activities:We invite you to actively participate in the development of the 2nd phase of the Neuchâtel canton Climate Plan, a true strategic lever available to the State Council to define and implement its climate policy. Within the general secretariat of the DDTE, you will work closely with the delegate for sustainable development and climate, supporting the team responsible for the rolling planning of the various implementation stages of the Climate Plan. You will ensure the follow-up of the participatory process and the public consultation of the project in order to highlight the results in the State Council's report. To do this, you will collaborate closely with cantonal services and involved external partners. Finally, you will support the team in the implementation and monitoring of the measures included in the cantonal climate policy.Desired profile:You hold a master's degree or a higher education diploma in the fields of environment, engineering, energy, territory, sustainable development, or any other relevant field for the position. Your professional background has allowed you to acquire solid experience in a similar position and you have a particular interest in the public sector. You possess good knowledge of current climate issues and know how to manage projects methodically and efficiently. Working independently with a solution-oriented approach is part of your working style. Comfortable in exchanges, you appreciate teamwork and know how to establish trusting relationships with your partners. Your writing skills and oral fluency are recognized.
