About the job

Your mission within our Manufacture

• Participate in the industrialization of new products, from prototype to production launch.
• Design, develop and monitor production tooling (validation, modifications, improvements).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and production data (DIT, process sheets, bills of materials, standards, SAP).
• Provide technical support to workshops, analyze malfunctions and contribute to solving production issues.
• Observe, analyze and optimize flows, processes and manufacturing times in a continuous improvement approach.
• Participate in technical analyses and problem-solving rituals (such as QRQC) with production and quality teams.
• Contribute to the management or participation in methods and industrialization projects, including process improvements and cost analysis.

Your profile and skills

• Technician ES / BTS (2-year post-secondary degree) or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and mastery of CAM, CAD, SAP software
• Analytical mindset, proactive, autonomous
• Structured, well organized
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
