- SFFN95
- The SFFN acts in favor of sustainable management of natural areas. It is responsible for the coordinated application of legislation on wildlife, forests and nature, the management of renewable natural resources, public information, and support to authorities on topics under its responsibility.
You actively contribute to the sustainable maintenance of state forests as well as to the management of natural environments and forest infrastructure. You apply precision forestry daily, aiming to preserve and promote the multifunctionality of forests. As part of your duties, you also supervise and monitor apprentices, participating in their practical training in the field. Finally, as a team member, you contribute to maintaining a work environment that ensures efficiency and safety.
Holder of a federal certificate of competence (CFC) as a forester-logger, you are familiar with the forestry practices in the canton of Neuchâtel and wish to actively contribute to their implementation in the field. You show a strong interest in apprentice training and have completed the company trainer module (H2) or are willing to acquire it. Equipped with a good team spirit, you easily integrate into a collaborative environment and demonstrate appreciated dynamism daily. You have good physical condition and enjoy working outdoors. Finally, you hold a category B driving license and ideally a trailer license (category BE).
