To support your success, your supervision is provided by certified trainers, and throughout your training, internships are organized within the institution or in collaboration with partner companies and institutions to ensure you receive diverse, innovative, and quality training.

For the 2026 intake, we are looking for our future commercial employee apprentices CFC.

Job Description

During your apprenticeship, you will be in direct contact with patients and participate in various secretarial activities.

You will notably contribute to managing correspondence, whether it is writing letters or emails.

You will also handle certain accounting tasks, such as entering entries and monitoring payments.

Furthermore, you will manage orders, from receiving materials to invoicing.

Your training will allow you to work in varied environments: reception and billing centers, admissions, medical secretariats, executive secretariats, or human resources departments.

Throughout your training, you will discover various administrative learning fields serving the reception and quality of care provided to patients. Each year, a departmental rotation is offered, which is an added value in terms of employability.

Qualifications

You have successfully completed your compulsory schooling and are looking for an apprenticeship in the administrative field.

Thanks to your interpersonal skills and sense of hospitality, you ensure adapted service.

Your methodical mind and writing skills allow you to produce quality outputs.

You show motivation to discover a varied work environment serving the population.

You have an interest in the hospital environment and are ready to commit to a professional training alternating company work, practical courses, and theoretical lessons at school.
