Product Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

What to expect from us:

• You have the opportunity to shape the product area at the number 1 ERP system for SMEs in Switzerland and expand it with innovative new features, as well as further develop existing products.
• At the interface between product development, sales and support, as well as finance and the app marketplace, you are responsible for subscription management at bexio.
• In addition to subscription topics, you are responsible for and accompany other product areas in their lifecycle: from strategy and idea through go-to-market and launch to in-life support.
• You keep an eye on the market, identify and drive strategic initiatives from it, and are responsible for the roadmap for your assigned areas.
• You maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders, actively shape communication, and also lead the go-to-market (GTM) of new products.

What we expect from you:

• You have at least three years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company and hold a university or university of applied sciences degree. Experience in AI topics, subscription/recurring billing & checkout is an advantage.
• You find digitalization of SMEs exciting and like to immerse yourself in the administrative everyday life of small companies and want to simplify and improve it. Experience in fintech, accounting, or ERP systems is a significant plus, allowing you to understand the needs of fiduciaries and SMEs.
• Terms like ERP, CRM, HR tools, payroll, or accounting are not foreign to you. 
• You combine strategic thinking with implementation strength and know how to evaluate ideas for economic viability, make complex projects easily understandable, and lead them to market success through skillful management of different stakeholders. 
• Enjoying teamwork and excellent communication skills are a matter of course for you.
• You speak fluent German and have very good English skills.
