What you can achieve
- Leading the cleaning team (5 people) with responsibility for deployment planning, quality control, and material procurement.
- Ensuring smooth technical operation of buildings and systems, including maintenance, repairs, and coordination of external service partners.
- Independently carrying out minor repairs and assisting with technical improvements and energy-saving measures.
- Monitoring safety-relevant facilities and compliance with legal inspection and safety regulations.
- Supporting the optimization of energy use as well as compliance with environmental, hygiene, and occupational safety standards.
- Organizing administrative tasks such as documentation, budget control, audits, and cash closings for the canteen and vending machines.
What you bring with you
- Solid technical training (e.g., building technology, operational technology) with several years of experience in an industrial environment or further training as a caretaker
- Good technical understanding of building infrastructure to independently manage systems and security systems and fix minor malfunctions
- Knowledge of hygiene and occupational safety, as well as legal inspection obligations
- First leadership experience, structured person who can set priorities even with a high variety of tasks
