About the job

As a Swiss provider of an Agentic AI platform, we enable the productive use of AI in existing business processes with clear structures and high control.

Your tasks include

Template Management:

• Your main responsibility is the maintenance and further development of existing templates and the development of new solution concepts.

Technical Implementation:

• You implement complex use cases on our platform. This includes creating processes in our Workflow Builder and integrating third-party systems. 

Knowledge Expansion and Transfer:

• With enthusiasm, you engage with conceptual and technical developments in the AI field and share your knowledge.

Subject Matter Expertise in Customer Meetings:

• You support your colleagues in sales and existing customer meetings with your technical and conceptual expertise.

Interface to Software Development:

• You gather the functionality requirements from your colleagues and moderate them in exchange with software development.

Your Profile:

• You have a technical background, but your motivation is the successful implementation of customer use cases on our platform.

• You are curious and independently develop increasingly simpler and better solutions.

• You document your work well and enjoy sharing your knowledge.

• You can convincingly contribute your expertise in internal and external communication in German and English.

• You have a confident handling of data. This includes the use of technologies such as API and SQL as well as data formats like JSON.
