You
What are your tasks?
- Planning and execution of projects in the area of IT services
- Leadership, deployment planning and further development of the team in daily business and active participation in operational operations
- Ensuring structured onboarding and sustainable work quality
- Responsibility for compliance with economic, contractual and qualitative requirements for the assigned specialist area
- Planning of personnel resources and ensuring efficient employee utilization
- Continuous optimization of processes and structures including implementation of improvement measures
- Control over relevant data and regular communication with employees, customers and supervisors
Your profile
- Very good IT knowledge and experience in personnel deployment planning
- Experience in IT rollouts and IT services
- Good manners as well as a professional appearance and clear, target group-oriented communication
- Conscientious, reliable and structured way of working
- High resilience and pronounced service and customer orientation
- Commitment, sense of responsibility and high initiative
