You will work in the Financial Services area within our EY-Parthenon (EY-P) practice.
Within EY-P, our Strategy & Transaction Execution Team offers a comprehensive portfolio of strategic consulting services – including corporate strategy, business model and target operating model design, M&A integrations, separations, and transformations. Our team works cross-functionally and supports our clients throughout the entire strategy and transaction cycle. Our clients include renowned companies from the banking, wealth & asset management as well as the insurance industry.

As part of our fast-growing EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transaction Execution Team focused on Financial Services clients, you will work closely with C-level executives in the financial industry to master strategic challenges, drive agile transformation processes, and provide strategic support throughout the entire M&A lifecycle.

You will take on diverse and exciting tasks:

• Internship duration of 4-6 months (starting August 2025)
• Structuring and analyzing complex business problems
• Conducting primary and secondary research
• Creating financial models to assess strategic impacts
• Communicating and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Active involvement in project acquisitions and publications
• Contributing to team and community building

What you bring – skills to shape the future

• You have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree in banking, finance, management, economics, or natural sciences and excel through outstanding performance
• You want to complete an internship for a defined period and work in an exciting environment during your studies
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have an articulate and clear communication style
• You are team-oriented and characterized by a proactive working style
• You have an entrepreneurial and performance-oriented mindset
• You feel comfortable in an international environment and can effortlessly express yourself in at least German and English, both spoken and written
