Reference: CLS/RH/2026.727 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

To complete our team, we are looking for our new Medical Assistant for our Radio-Oncology Center. In this role, you ensure efficient administrative management by welcoming patients and preparing their files. You perform technical medical tasks or care during radiotherapy treatments, respecting safety and hygiene standards.

What will you be expected to do?

• Welcome patients, receive and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule patient appointments
• Prepare patient files in their entirety by gathering the necessary documents
• Handle billing and reminders and perform various correspondence
• Perform blood tests and injections
• Provide various care during radiotherapy treatments (wound cleaning, ...)
• Ensure the restocking of office supplies and medical products
• Clean and disinfect medical carts

Who will you work with?

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Medical Assistant or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Proven experience as a medical assistant
• Perfect command of French (flawless spelling)
• Comfortable with computer tools (Word, Outlook)
