Team Leader Service Technology

Your area of responsibility

• Leading and promoting the employees of the Field Support Team at the Neuenhof location
• Responsible for compliance with Kilchenmann standards, quality, productivity, and occupational safety regulations
• Ensuring the information and training level of the employees
• Assisting in the further development of quality, technology, and efficiency in the Field Support Team
• Planning and coordinating repairs and warranty cases
• Service work on professional audio, video, and communication systems at the customer or in the workshop

You bring with you

• Ideally, you have training as a multimedia electronics technician, electrician, or electronics technician with interest or experience in professional audio, video, and communication technology
• Several years of leadership and professional experience, preferably in a similar professional environment, is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Strong organizational thinking, assertiveness, and willingness to continue education
• Willingness to be on call
• Very good German skills, English and French are an advantage
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365 applications and curiosity about other tools
• You are a friendly, communicative personality, have a strong commitment, and act calmly, thoughtfully, and flexibly even in hectic situations
